Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. If there are any delays due to high order volume or unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you via email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times vary by destination:

• Domestic Shipping (Within Sweden): 3-7 business days
• International Shipping: 7-15 business days

Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package on the courier’s website.

Shipping Restrictions

Lost or Delayed Shipments

CU CELL is not responsible for shipping delays caused by courier services, customs clearance, or incorrect shipping details provided by the customer. If your order is delayed beyond the expected timeframe, please contact us, and we will assist you in tracking the shipment.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or has missing items, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing sales@cucell.com with your order details and photos of the damaged package. We will work with the courier service to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Change of Address

If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately. Address changes can only be made before the order has been shipped.

Returns Due to Incorrect Address

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, additional shipping fees may apply for resending the package.
