Eligibility for Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving the item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- Free from any signs of wear or alterations.
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Personalized or custom-made phone cases.
- Clearance or sale items.
- Items that have been used or damaged by the customer.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Wait for Approval – Our support team will review your request and provide further instructions.
- Ship the Item – Once approved, ship the item back to us at the provided return address. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- Processing Refunds – After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
Exchanges
If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will offer a replacement or exchange at no additional cost. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to arrange an exchange.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after the stated processing time:
- Check with your bank or payment provider, as it may take some time for the refund to reflect.
